Equipment Maintenance Agreements

Coverage levels – changes in coverage that result in increased coverage for the customer – i.e. greater hours covered or a higher level of entitlement, such as from Remote Only to Full Coverage or 8 X 5 (8 hours a day, 5 days a week) to 24 X 7 (24 hours a day, 7 days a week) are considered higher levels of coverage. Reduction in coverage levels or term lengths are an option if requested by end user customer.

Training: Our team is prepared to hold a training session either before or immediately following the installation of your Business Telephone System. Our certified associates will provide training and tutoring of the new devices and features in either a one-on-one, small group or large group basis depending on your business needs. Return visits are available if needed. Our goal is to ensure complete client satisfaction!
